About the Role:
Drive new business by making outbound calls to prospective clients introducing IMC’s services, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 60–80 outbound calls daily to targeted lists (small businesses)

  • Use a conversational, consultative approach to uncover client needs

  • Record call outcomes and update CRM (Zoho Recruit) with detailed notes

  • Hit weekly KPIs: call volume, lead conversion rate, and appointment targets

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of B2B cold‑calling or telesales experience

  • Excellent spoken English and strong persuasion skills

  • Resilient, coachable, and goal‑oriented mindset

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Close) is a plus

About the Role:
Build and maintain high‑performance WordPress sites for IMC clients—from custom theming to plugin configuration and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop custom themes and child‑themes using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Integrate and configure plugins

  • Ensure sites are mobile‑responsive, fast‑loading, and secure

  • Troubleshoot bugs, perform updates, and back up client sites

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of WordPress development experience

  • Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript/jQuery, and REST APIs

  • Familiar with page builders (Elementor, Beaver Builder) and version control (Git)

  • Knowledge of best practices in web security and performance

About the Role:
You’ll develop and execute social‑media strategies that engage audiences across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter—building brand awareness and driving client growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and schedule daily social content (organic & paid)

  • Monitor social channels, respond to comments/messages, and report on engagement metrics

  • Collaborate with designers to produce graphics, short videos, and infographics

  • Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for reach and ROI

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in social media management or digital marketing

  • Strong writing skills and a flair for crafting engaging copy

  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite)

  • Data‑driven mindset with basic analytics proficiency (Google Analytics, platform insights)
