About the Role:
Drive new business by making outbound calls to prospective clients introducing IMC’s services, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct 60–80 outbound calls daily to targeted lists (small businesses)
Use a conversational, consultative approach to uncover client needs
Record call outcomes and update CRM (Zoho Recruit) with detailed notes
Hit weekly KPIs: call volume, lead conversion rate, and appointment targets
Requirements:
1+ year of B2B cold‑calling or telesales experience
Excellent spoken English and strong persuasion skills
Resilient, coachable, and goal‑oriented mindset
Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Close) is a plus

Key Responsibilities:
Develop custom themes and child‑themes using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Integrate and configure plugins
Ensure sites are mobile‑responsive, fast‑loading, and secure
Troubleshoot bugs, perform updates, and back up client sites
Requirements:
2+ years of WordPress development experience
Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript/jQuery, and REST APIs
Familiar with page builders (Elementor, Beaver Builder) and version control (Git)
Knowledge of best practices in web security and performance
